Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal wear and proper use. Defective jewellery products must be returned in the original packaging box.

Please follow these steps:

We will then evaluate your claim and, depending on the outcome, replace the jewellery with either the same design or a substitute of the same value, depending on availability of stock.

Jewellery will not be replaced or substituted in case of normal wear and tear, modification or misuse. Please read our care guide for advice regarding cleaning, storing and wearing the AMANOURA Décolleté Jewellery.
